Room to Breathe is a micro retreat for anyone who wants to arrive at the holiday season feeling settled rather than already depleted. We'll move through gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, and reflective writing in a small, intentional space. Nothing is mandatory or needs to be performed. You just have to show up.Gift yourself an intentional pause before the rush.Space is limited to 12 people.

What to Expect
Room to Breathe is a small, intentional gathering with a maximum of 12 participants. The afternoon moves gently through four offerings: yoga, meditation, sound healing, and reflective writing. You are welcome to fully participate in everything or simply rest and receive.No experience is necessary. Even if you have never done yoga, meditated, experienced a sound bath, or picked up a journal, you are in exactly the right place.

Ashley Fry

Ashley is a longtime student of yoga with a deepening personal practice in meditation and sound healing. She is a creator of intentional spaces and experiences, drawn to the ways slowing down can help us reconnect, restore, and be present.She believes rest is resistance. That the modern world moves faster than our nervous systems were designed to, and that choosing to slow down can be a quiet act of radical rebellion.With a background in design and years of experience creating and hosting gatherings and events, Ashley brings a thoughtful eye to the details that shape an experience. Her intention is to create spaces where people can set down the roles they play and find their truest selves.

Melissa Bullock

Melissa is an intuitive wellness practitioner devoted to helping others live with greater authenticity, empowerment, and freedom.She is a certified meditation and yoga teacher who has several years of training in clairvoyant and embodiment practices. Melissa offers readings, coaching, classes, workshops, and retreats.She is passionate about creating safe, nourishing spaces that allow people to show up exactly as they are and be held in community.

Andrew Wilson

Andrew is an energy healer, alchemist, spiritual mentor, and founder of Magic Abundance Healing.His mission is to create safe, sacred space, free of judgement, and filled with unconditional love allowing for the process of transformational healing and alchemy - where healing becomes a journey home to yourself.
